Separate tools cost more than their price tags

A dispatch tool, a separate invoicing tool, a separate payments processor, a separate review platform, and a separate email marketing account each carry their own subscription — and each carries a handoff where information has to be re-entered or reconciled. myXinatorPRO integrates those workflows in one platform connected to QuickBooks Online, so the job that gets scheduled is the job that gets invoiced, and the payment that gets collected is the payment that gets posted.

One record, start to finish

The work order created at dispatch carries through the field app, the invoice, and the payment without re-keying.

Books that match reality

QuickBooks Online integration means the financial picture reflects what actually happened in the field.

Money back on processing

Card and financing volume you are already running can earn a rebate through the optional Rebate Plan.

Key features that keep the day moving

Cloud computing

Access office and field software from anywhere with an internet connection. Crews, dispatch, and the office work from the same live data.

Scheduling and dispatching

Manage field agents from a Dispatch Board with map and Street View. Work order status alerts surface on the same board.

Payment processing (myServiceCC)

Card processing integrated with Global Payments, with automatic card updates and recurring payment options. Cash back opportunities are available through the Rebate Plan.

Key performance indicators

Track revenue, margin, productivity, and job throughput without exporting to a spreadsheet. KPIs update from live operational data.

Customer engagement

CallPop identifies the caller before you pick up. Reputation365 helps you collect and manage reviews.

Field automation

Technicians get work order detail, site history, equipment information, billable items, and driving directions in the app. Fewer callbacks to the office, fewer return trips.

Invoicing and collections

Create and email invoices from the field or the office and collect electronically on the spot. Everything flows into QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks integration

Accounting, invoicing, expense tracking, payroll, and reporting stay in QuickBooks Online, fully connected to the platform. No parallel set of books.

The conversion process — SwitchSafe

Switching, without a bad month

Converting business software seems daunting. After 25 years of doing it, we've turned it into a checklist — and your old system keeps running the whole time.

STEP 1 · PLANNING

We study what you have

A review of your current field service, CRM and bookkeeping software and data — plus how you actually work.

Estimating and appointment setting
Payment processing
Reporting and workflows

STEP 2 · APPROVAL

You sign off first

A thorough written plan, reviewed together, approved by you before a single record moves. No surprises mid-conversion.

STEP 3 · CONVERSION

We do the work

Our responsibility, not yours:

Company info & users into XinatorCentral
Field service data into CEC and FSM
Appointment types, roles, availability, customer messaging
QuickBooks Online conversion & sync
Cards re-enrolled by secure branded links — optionally by our trained agents

STEP 4 · ONBOARDING

Your team gets trained

On your own data, not a demo account.

Administration & bookkeeping
Field service & field agents
Ratings capture
Both systems run in parallel until you're ready

⚡ SECOND SHIFT OPERATIONS & GROWTH SUPPORT

You don't have to run it. We will.

Every contractor we talk to says the same thing: the software isn't the problem, finding time to run it is. Your crew clocks out and your second shift starts — the books, the reviews, the dispatch settings, the website. Second Shift is myServiceForce's own team on call, handling that work for you.

OPERATIONS TEAM

Run It

Your back office, handled daily so nothing falls through the cracks.

Scheduling & Dispatch Oversight: Manage appointment flow, optimize technician drive times, and resolve board bottlenecks.
Bookkeeping & QBO Sync: Invoice verification, reconciliation against QuickBooks Online, and sales tax allocation.
Customer Engagement: Automated confirmation messages, technician ID notifications, and fast review follow-ups.
Platform Administration: User permissions, custom price book updates, and service agreement maintenance.

MARKETING TEAM

Grow It

Dedicated growth support to fill your dispatch board and protect your reputation.

Reputation & Review Capture: Automated 5-star review generation on Google, Facebook, and industry portals.
Website & Local SEO: Local search visibility updates, mobile-responsive service pages, and conversion tracking.
Customer Retention: Seasonal maintenance campaigns, dormant customer re-activation, and recurring agreement renewals.
Lead Generation: Social media campaign management and direct-booking portal optimization.

COMPLETE SUPPORT

The Whole Shift

Both teams combined for full back-office and business growth coverage.

Everything in Run It & Grow It: Full back-office management, daily bookkeeping reconciliation, and continuous marketing.
Single Point of Contact: Dedicated operations specialist who knows your crew, market, and business goals.
Weekly Operations Check-In: KPI review, gross margin tracking, and capacity planning.
Rebate Offset: Second Shift hours can be partially offset by your monthly processing rebates.

How Second Shift Works

1

Pick your team

Pick the team that matches what you need.

2

Buy a credit package

You're picking a team, not a person or a project.

3

Use what you need

Watch your usage meter as credits are drawn down.

4

Rollover credits

What you don't use rolls over. Unused credits are never lost.

INSIDE THE PLATFORM

Already in Your Software

No training a third party on how your field service app works.

Because Second Shift is part of myServiceForce, our team already knows mXP inside and out. They don't need onboarding, access workarounds, or weeks to learn your dispatch board.

CERTIFIED EXPERTISE

Certified QuickBooks Specialists

Intuit-certified support handling your sync and reconciliation.

We've been an Intuit QuickBooks Solution Provider since 2011. Your bookkeeping is managed by professionals who understand trade-specific chart of accounts, job costing, and payment reconciliation.

FLEXIBLE SCALE

No Long-Term Contracts

Adjust support hours up or down based on your seasonal demand.

Scale up operations during your peak season and scale back during slower months without penalty. No hiring headaches, payroll tax overhead, or employee churn.

CONNECTED RESPONSIBILITY

One Accountable Partner

Software, bookkeeping, payments, and marketing under one roof.

When an issue arises, you don't get bounced between your software vendor, bookkeeper, payment processor, and digital agency. One company is accountable for the entire stack.

Not a startup learning your industry

myServiceForce brought the first cloud-based field service software to market in 2003 — a decade before the category filled up. Family-owned and operated since 2005. First phone-based field app in 2007, first integration with a third-party home warranty work order provider in 2008, and the first QuickBooks Online integration in 2011. myXinatorPRO is what two decades of building for trade service companies turned into.

The questions that come up before switching

What happens to my QuickBooks data?

myXinatorPRO integrates with QuickBooks Online, so QuickBooks remains your accounting system of record. The platform connects to it rather than replacing it.

Is there a contract?

Seat licenses are month to month and can be cancelled by either party with 15 days' notice.

Can I try it before committing?

Yes. Book a demo and the team will walk through the platform against the way your business actually runs before you decide anything.

Do I pay extra to unlock features?

No. There is one plan and every feature is included in it. The only optional items are the Rebate Plan and High Volume Processing.

How long does it take to get running?

That depends on how much historical data you are bringing across and how your workflows are set up today. Book a demo and the team will walk through your situation specifically.
