This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected through the App, how that information is used, how it may be shared, and the choices available to users[cite: 1].
1. Information We Collect
Location Data
The App collects precise GPS location information from field technician devices when the required permissions have been granted and location tracking is enabled[cite: 1].

- Verify or support time-on-site activities[cite: 1]
When background location tracking is enabled, the App may collect location information while the App is running in the background, including between jobs and during field-service activities[cite: 1]. Background location collection allows authorized dispatchers and customer administrators to maintain visibility into technician location and status and to support field-service dispatch and operational functions[cite: 1].
On Android devices, background location tracking may operate through an Android foreground service[cite: 1]. When this functionality is active, the App may display a persistent notification as required by the operating system[cite: 1].

We do not sell location information or provide it to data brokers[cite: 1]. We do not share location information with third parties for their own independent advertising purposes[cite: 1]. Location information is retained in accordance with the applicable customer's data-retention policies and myServiceForce's operational requirements[cite: 1].
